Returning Items

WITHDRAWING FROM THE AGREEMENT

If you wish to return an item purchased from the Lasher online store, please fill out the return form below. Once you submit the form, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item.

You have the right to return items purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving them, unless an exception to the right of return applies to the product.

Please note:

• The product being returned must be unused and undamaged, in its unopened packaging, and include all parts included in the set;
• You may examine the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning—that is, in the same way you would in a store;
• If possible, return the product in its original packaging;
• If the product has been used, the packaging has been opened or damaged, or the protective sticker has been removed, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by the amount corresponding to the decrease in value;
• The buyer is responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the merchandise, unless we sent the wrong product or one with a defect;
• After submitting a notice of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days at the latest;
• We will refund the money to the same payment method used for the original payment no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return;
• We will also refund the shipping cost. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the one we offered, we will reimburse you for the cost of the cheapest standard shipping method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products in sealed packaging for hygienic reasons, if the packaging or protective seal has been opened. This applies to eyelash adhesives, primers, bonders, removers, and other liquids; Lash Lift products; and opened eyelash curlers and eyelash bases. Please do not open the packaging until you have decided to keep the product;
• purchases made by a legal entity. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers—that is, natural persons—who make purchases outside the scope of their economic or professional activities.
