Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are listed next to each product. A delivery fee is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery time. the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order merchandise, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete your order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate shipping method. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, and you can pay via a bank link or another payment method.

The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to a stockout or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment (including shipping costs) will generally be refunded within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Delivery

We ship goods to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and the rest of the European Union.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1–3 business days from the effective date of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.

If the Online Shop has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Shop will apply.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract entered into through the online store within 14 days.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, you may not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as is permitted when testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

To cancel the contract, fill out the cancellation form at lasher.ee/tagasta-kaup or send a free-form statement including your name, contact information, and order number to info@lasher.ee. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice via email immediately.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging or protective seal has been opened after delivery. This applies to eyelash adhesives, primers, bonders, removers, and other liquids; lash lift products; and opened eyelash curlers and eyelash bases.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not match what was ordered (e.g., a wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

The 14-day right of withdrawal described in this chapter applies only to consumers as defined by the Law of Obligations Act, that is, to natural persons who make purchases outside the scope of their economic or professional activities. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on the basis of an invoice issued to a legal entity.

Right to lodge a complaint

The online store is liable to the buyer for any nonconformity with the terms of the contract or any defect in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year following the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that The defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
